• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 1+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
• A minimum of 1+ years experience with Ruby on Rails
• Familiarity with a modern JavaScript framework
• Familiarity with CSS and HTML
• Interest and passion for innovation from a technical, process, and best practice perspective
• Solid sense of self-management with strong communication and coordination skills
