We are looking for a highly experienced Python developer to join a cutting-edge technology start-up building innovative products. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the entire product development life-cycle, from conception to deployment. While focusing on the back-end development, your advice will be sought on front-end deployments and optimization of Python driven by front-end UX/UI. It is beneficial if you previously used Python in the financial, trading, or commodity industries and are familiar with some financial concepts. Clear and concise communication is a must.

RAI is destined to become an exponential technology by giving rise to Augmented Teams – able to effectively use data at scale, in real-time. Historical RM processes can take 5-6 months. With RAI, they can be done almost instantly. By joining the Revenue AI team, you’ll embark upon an adventure in a startup with a Next-Generation vision and mission. Our leadership team includes RM professionals from leading companies from North America, Europe, and Asia.
Our Mission: Our mission is to augment business teams’ productivity with AI-enhanced Intelligent Assistant and reinvent the way how Revenue Management is being done enabling your organization in deploying the most thriving business strategy.

We are building strong connection between business strategies and everyday execution on the field with our virtual ACE extending access to Revenue Growth Management and making it accessible and understandable, for every player in the company from Desk functions to Field.

However this became increasingly difficult as there are more & more retailers / manufacturers / players in the marketplace, not to mention the diversity of own and competitor products as well. In order to succeed we fully believe that the whole concept of revenue management must be reinvented and augmented by AI. Real-time decisions / Simulations / The internal + external network building. Excel and PowerBI will never solve it on its own.

Requirements
As must-have:
- At least 3 years of experience in heavy-duty Python utilizing both back-end and front-end capabilities of the language
- Solid understanding of SQL, APIs (SOAP and REST) and their integration in Python apps
- Performance analysis and tuning. Able to investigate performance bottlenecks and propose effective solutions
- Troubleshooting skills to quickly locate a problem and fix it
- Good communication skills in English
As nice-to-have:
- Experience with UI/UX design
- Experience with Django or Flask web framework
- Familiarity with GitHub and DevOps
