As an Automation Specialist you will work closely with both our Internal &amp; Clients Delivery Team.&nbsp;
Your role would be to become a go-to-person when it comes to Tech &amp; Automation.&nbsp;&nbsp;

<li>Onboarding and guiding clients within Automation Tool (We are HubSpot Partners)</li>
<li>Providing solutions for marketing, sales and operations automation</li>
<li>Helping with setting up and integrating technology stack for our clients&nbsp;</li>
<li>Mapping out problems/needs and searching for solutions to streamline the processes</li>
</ul>

Requirements:
First, we all love what we do, you should be sure that this is your thing. Besides that:

<li>1-2 Years of Experience in Marketing Automation</li>
<li>Knowledge of contact database management concepts and best practices</li>
<li>Ability to solve logical and structural problems</li>
<li>Ability to understand bigger picture and problem architecture</li>
<li>Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time</li>
<li>Technical, detail oriented and organized&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to learn and retain information quickly</li>
<li>Proficiency in English, Polish language is a plus</li>
</ul>
